Returns policy
Each merchant who accepts payments using Amazon Pay must have a return policy in place. This return policy helps protect the customer who receives something that doesn't match the online description or that was damaged in shipment.
If you’ve changed your mind on an order, the item doesn’t match the online description, or received a damaged item please consult the merchant’s return policy. You can also contact the merchant to make appropriate arrangements for a return or replacement in accordance with the merchant’s return policies.
