Welcome to the family!
Now that you have Amazon Pay, let’s talk through key features and functionality to set your business up for success.
What is the disbursement time?
We process disbursements daily. It will take between 1 and 2 business days for the payment to be completed and appear in your bank account. A reserve might be applied according to our reserve policy.
Does Amazon Pay have customer fraud checks in place?
To help reduce bad debt and lower your costs, Amazon Pay has fraud detection capabilities, chargeback controls, and risk management processes at no extra cost. For more information, see the Amazon A-to-z Guarantee Policy for Merchants.
Where can I manage my orders?
To view a list of all payments made by customers using Amazon Pay on your website, log in to Seller Central, and under Orders, choose Manage Transactions. On the Manage Transactions page you can see all the orders from those customers, along with the details, like: date/time, buyer name, total charged. On any given order, you can also refund, collect payment, close payment, or contact the customer. Learn more in the Seller Central welcome topic.
How do I find my reporting for my Amazon Pay account activity?
In Seller Central, under Reports, you can review the transactions that make up your account balance, check when you get paid, and see your past bank account disbursements. We offer three types of reports: settlements, transactions, and tax document library. Learn more in the Seller Central welcome topic.
What’s the Acceptable Use Policy?
The Acceptable Use Policy lists items and activities that we prohibit because they may be illegal or inappropriate in connection with the use of our services. If we believe or suspect that any transaction violates this policy, we may take any corrective action that we deem appropriate, including blocking the transaction, holding funds associated with a prohibited transaction, suspending or restricting the use of our service, terminating the accounts of violators, or any other corrective action.
